This page will show you on how to connect to the Network Printers
using Bonjour for Windows
 
* access to printers not granted via wireless
Connect to the Network Printers*
Once installed, open the Bonjour Printer Wizard.
Download and install Bonjour for Windows 1.0.3.
“Click” the Next button.
A new window should appear.
Choose a printer from the shared printers list.
 
• First set of numbers denote printer room location.
• The alpha characters denote printer manufacturer.
• Second set of numbers denote printer model
 
 
In the Manufacture panel choose HP.
In the Model panel choose the appropriate model.
 
If the appropriate model is not listed do one of the following:
 
 Choose HP Universal Printing PCL 6
or
Choose HP 4000 series PCL 6
or
“Click” Cancel and install the appropriate driver
HP Drivers
“Click” the Finish button.
 
Choose the appropriate printer in your application or control panel.
